CILICIA, Seleucia ad Calycadnum. Gordian III, with Tranquillina. AD 238-244. Æ (35mm, 20.17 g, 6h). Radiate, draped, and cuirassed bust of Gordian right, facing draped bust of Tranquillina left, wearing stephane; c/m: pellet within triangle / Draped bust of Artemis-Tyche right, wearing calathus, with cornucopia behind, facing laureate and draped bust of Apollo left, with laurel branch behind. SNG France 1034 (same dies); SNG Levante –; for c/m: Howgego 670. Good Fine, brown patina, rough surfaces.
